Dell
Working in conjunction with Services IT UX at Dell, I was brought on to aid in the redesign efforts surrounding Dell’s internal support tool: Delta UX. Through insights gained from business and conducting user research with technical account managers, I designed high-fidelity prototypes that established, workflow, interactions, style choices, navigation strategy and content distribution. I also aided in designing presentation material, style documentation, interaction documentation and icon design.
